The member can call the mental/behavioral health or member services phone number on the back of the insurance card. Please note this does not ensure a guaranteed space as a new client at our agency. Availability, goodness of fit, scope of our practice, amongst other factors, must be discussed first before a new client can be established.

It is imporant to also understand that any time insurance benefits are utilized, the insurance company has the right to audit records from the provider to ensure appropriate care is being rendered.  When this happens, we only provide the necessary information asked for by the insurance company to protect the confidentiallity of our clients as much as possible.
